I was pleasantly surprised at the level of knowledge Edward French demonstrated during our first appointment. Prior to today’s appointment, I had a phone consultation regarding Capital Gains taxes from the sale of a home. He assisted me in the preparation of the data he needed to prepare my returns. I found him easy to work with and actually enjoyed our appointment.

We are a first time client of Ed’s and we were incredibly impressed with his services.

He was very patient in answering our questions before our appointment so we were well prepared. During our appointment, Ed was not only thorough, he was incredibly personable. We really enjoyed our conversation and learning more about his experience.

He has very extensive tax experience and you can clearly see that he puts his customer first. He works with his customers to advise them on how they may need to pivot to get to 0 when it comes to tax season. I really appreciated his approach in breaking things down for us versus other “tax advisors” that I worked with that would barely speak and simply enter the data.

I am happy to say that Ed is now our go to tax advisor!

Thank you, Ed!!!

My first experience using Mr. French's tax preparation service was excellent. After easily scheduling an appointment, I was greeted by the friendly staff, given a form to fill out with my information. That info was input to their system. I was quickly called in to meet Mr. French, who was very nice, personable, and funny! He asked a few more questions while looking at my tax documents, and began completing my tax return. Within about 30-35 minutes my tax return was done, at a very affordable fee! I will be back again next year!

It was such a pleasure meeting and working with Ed. Last year, I used a premium software with live help, but it was super time consuming and stressful. This year, with a lot on my plate, I was looking for affordable and reliable help. Ed was super efficient but thorough. I left within the hour with everything completed! He charged me essentially the same amount I paid last year for the software. I also got some amazing money-saving advice as well. I will definitely continue coming back for Ed's help!

Ed provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable. He made the tax filing process easy and dare I say enjoyable with his bubbly sense of humor and ready jokes. I have used TurboTax for years and this year decided to have a professional handle my taxes since I was looking to itemize - Ed answered all of my questions, made me feel confident in my return and made sure I was in the best position for my tax filing situation. I will be returning next year and I highly recommend using his services!
